Dubai is one of the world’s top tourist destinations with about 8.36 visitors from January to June 2019 but there are parts of Dubai that tourists and residents haven’t explored. People come to Dubai to see the world’s tallest building and The Dubai Mall but there is so much more to Dubai. There are so many hidden gems in Dubai that people have not seen and in this post I share them with you.
CITY CENTRE MIRDIF

City Centre Mirdif is an amazing mall but it is really underrated. There are more Emirati’s in this mall rather than tourists. City Centre Mirdif has a family, friendly atmosphere and there are a variety of big brand shops. Also, there are tons of cute cafes and delicious restaurants to fulfill all your mall needs!

There are a few coffee shops on the beach with great choices on the menu. The park is on the outskirts of Dubai towards the Emirate of Sharjah. RESTAURANTS ON ROADS

There are such amazing restaurants on the roads of Dubai but people fail to visit them and go to the malls instead. These restaurants are hidden gems and you are sure to have passed by them a lot of times without visiting. There have been times where I have passed by a lot restaurants on roads and not visiting them. But, when I do end up visiting them I would say they are amazing places to eat and have kept visiting them over again.
SOME GREAT RESTAURANTS TO VISIT ON THE ROADS OF DUBAI:
1. ZAROOB DUBAI MARINA
2. SIKKA CAFE
3. SULTAN SARAY
4. AL SAFADI
DUBAI CREEK

Dubai Creek is a beautiful place but lots of people fail to visit because they think it looks dirty. However, this is what Dubai was really like before its big boom full of skyscrapers and malls. There are lots of traditional souks to visit and you can even have a dhow ride!
Open 24 hours every day!

NAIF SOUK

Naif souk is an undiscovered retail paradise but people fail to visit because they head to places like The Gold Souk. The souk is a general market full of a variety of Arabic goods and clothing. There is an amazing selection of abayas and full length dresses. You can also find a plethora of electronics, textiles, leather goods and much more.
Sunday to Saturday: 8:30 am – 11:30 pm (due to COVID – 19 the souk may close earlier)
